New strike team leader training photos available on Digital Library

 

New photos from the recently produced strike team leader training video are now on CFA’s Digital Library for members to view and use.

 

The collection captures key moments from the program, including leadership exercises, scenario planning, and field-based teamwork, showcasing the skills and professionalism of strike team leaders in action.

These images are a valuable resource for members, supporting internal communications such as brigade updates, training presentations, and recruitment activities. They also highlight the commitment of CFA volunteers and the importance of leadership development within our organisation.

The photos add to CFA’s growing archive of training and operational imagery, ensuring important events are well-documented and accessible across the state.

The strike team leader training module was led by Primrose Holland from CFA’s Operational Doctrine and Training team, with video production by Guerilla Creative.
