SAS access restored on older devices
A fix has been applied to resolve SAS login issues affecting members using older versions of iOS (17.3 and earlier) and Android (13 and earlier).
Investigations found that a recent security update had flagged older devices as not meeting the required security certificate standards for login validation.
Members using an impacted device may need to log out and log back in for the fix to take effect.
Reminder: Pagers remain the primary CFA alerting method. Members should continue to carry and use their pagers to ensure they receive alerts to fire calls and other important messages.
