New online health modules now available

Each module gives members knowledge and practical strategies to assist with their personal health and wellbeing, and their safety and performance at CFA. 

The modules can be accessed any time, anywhere. This allows more members easy access to key health information. 

The three new modules are:

Healthy Eating Made Simple

Physical Activity and Exercise

Posture and Breathing

The three new modules complement two existing modules: 

Basics of Fatigue Management 

Heart Health Fundamentals 

CFA staff and volunteers are encouraged to head to the Learning Hub to access the modules or simply click the links above. 

The eLearning modules also complement Health Services' free in-person programs offered to all staff and volunteers: 

Health Watch: Heart health checks for volunteers. 

Health Ready: Heart health checks at district ofices and VEMTCs. 

Roadworthy For Life: Heart health checks and functional assessments for DMOs. 

Please note: Heart health checks are capped to one visit per CFA site, per year.
