School’s in for members at Lorne
As schoolies enjoy a break in the town, CFA broadcast the Volunteer Forum from Lorne Fire Brigade.
On a busy day when annual reports were tabled and AFAC summer forecast released, the discussion was fast-paced and full of updates throughout the evening.
A special focus on renewable energy highlighted matters on this charged topic, which included a feature video on solar farms.
Lorne showcased its proud history and shared insights on community engagement and recruiting volunteers in a popular visitor destination.
And highlight of the night for the Chief – the official launch of the CFA Pocketbook App.
There is plenty more from the evening, which is worth two watches to ensure you catch it all.
This month's forum is coming live from Lorne in CFA District 7.
