Life Saving Victoria's 2025 Ready to Lead Program

The program focuses on women leadership development in the emergency services sector. 

The aim is to provide aspiring and current women leaders with the skills and a targeted approach to support ongoing commitment to their development. 

Throughout the program, participants will be guided by successful industry leaders who will share their experience, knowledge and lessons learned along the way.  

In 2025, the program will have two streams:

• Ready to Lead (Emerging): for new and early career leaders 

• Ready to Lead + (Elevating): for current leaders and those who manage a team) 

The two streams are designed to accommodate the diverse range of experiences women bring to the program and where they are on their leadership journey.  

CFA will be supporting aspiring and current women volunteers and employees to attend the programs.
