January Volunteer Forum from Apollo Bay covers many angles

Member News image

Tune into the January Volunteer Forum when CFA goes by the sea at Apollo Bay to learn more about high-angle rescue, with a tour of the Apollo Bay rescue vehicle and background on challenging incidents they’ve attended.

Apollo Bay Captain David Howell and his fellow brigade members turned out in numbers and enjoyed the valuable information shared by vegetation management representatives, including a new piece of equipment for planned burns on the back of a side-by-side.

The Chief touches on CFA’s response to the initial determination from the Fire District Review Panel and we celebrate our four AFSM recipients as part of Latest News.
