Introducing the Bushfire Preparedness Service
The Research & Development team is developing a trial product for CFA decision makers bringing together some key data sources to monitor seasonal conditions.
Currently known as the Bushfire Preparedness Service, the product brings together curing, rainfall and incident trends for the whole state, including breakdowns for each fire weather district.
The graphical displays can assist with determining how the current season is tracking, compared to low and high activity seasons and the average.
This product is constantly undergoing development. If you have any suggestions about other useful information to include, please email Sarah Harris in the Research team.
