Heavy Vehicle Licencing available
CFA Digital Library / https://digitallibrary.cfa.vic.gov.au
CFA continues to support volunteers in obtaining their Heavy Vehicle Licence through the Volunteer Driving Training Project.
This initiative, funded by the Victorian Government to June 2026, aims to enhance CFA’s operational capability by providing volunteers with the opportunity to upskill through Heavy Vehicle Licencing as well as both on-road and off-road driving.
With the Fire Danger Period expected to start earlier this year, members interested in supporting operational response as drivers are encouraged to express their interest in obtaining their Heavy Vehicle Licence and book their training early to ensure they are appropriately licensed in time.
