FIRS Online gets a face lift
A new-look FIRS Online has launched today with upgrades based on feedback from CFA members.
More than 60,000 reports have been completed since FIRS Online was launched in May 2021.
The Service Delivery Reporting Centre (SDRC) in collaboration with CFA's ICT Services team has today launched a new and improved look for Primary Reports found in the FIRS Online system.
The team have conducted Quality Assurance (QA) across 100 per cent of all reports completed using the system and collated common issues and mismatched data to create some business rules and additional notes to assist as members enter their reports.
In addition to items identified through QA, the SDRC team have taken on direct feedback from brigades when considering how to make changes and what changes will improve the experience for users of the system,
We aren't done yet, we've only reviewed two of the blocks in the reporting package and we will continue to work through the others over time. In the meantime, if you have feedback, please feel free to send it through to firs.online@cfa.vic.gov.au
