CFA's ongoing commitment to improving our culture remains one of our highest priorities.

Allen and Clarke Consulting, led by Dr Helen Szoke AO, have been engaged once again to conduct an evaluation of the progress we've made in addressing the recommendations of the 2022 External Review of Culture and Issues Management.

As part of the evaluation Allen and Clarke have identified five key areas of focus which will be used to explore opportunities for further progress and improvement.

The five Conversation Starter topics include:

  • Volunteers as a core strength
  • Leadership and Management
  • Gender Equality
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Complaints Management and Resolutions Support

Copies of the Conversation Starters and more information about these topics and how the evaluation will be conducted is available on Members Online

Opportunities for participating in the evaluation are available through an Expression of Interest which can be registered with Allen and Clarke on the page.

You can also watch Chief Officer Jason Heffernan and Dr Helen Szoke AO from Allen and Clarke Consulting share more information about the review at the July Volunteer Forum.
