Updates to our digital electronic incident and hazard reporting system CFASafe will go live 9am, Monday 16 June*.

CFA is committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards in protecting members, visitors and contractors.

Reporting all health and safety incidents, near misses or hazards is crucial to taking necessary actions in managing potential risks and preventing reoccurrence.

In a few days CFA's digital electronic incident and hazard reporting system CFASafe will get a facelift to a more contemporary look and feel.

Through this time the health and safety of our people remains our priority and you will be supported during this change.

When is the update happening?

The facelift version of CFASafe incident reporting module will go live Monday 16 June at 9am. *Note that this date has been updated from 30 May due to competing organisational priorities.

There will be a short time where the current version of CFASafe incident reporting system will be offline as we migrate to the new look CFASafe.

We anticipate the disruption will only be for a very short time.

How can I report hazards and incidents during this time ?

As always you should verbally let your manager, captain or supervisor know of any hazard, incident or injury so they can provide the support you need and facilitate any necessary actions. You can complete the incident report when the new version CFASafe has gone live.

Your access to CFASafe will automatically switch over the next system post go live.

Members will be able to access the new CFASafe through;
