NWR VST - Succession Planning Framework online workshops
Succession Planning Workshops return for a second round.
Following strong interest and positive feedback received from the first round of workshops, North West Region Volunteer Sustainability Team (VST) is pleased to deliver a a second series of Succession Planning Framework Workshops, starting from 23 July.
These practical and interactive workshops run for about an hour and are designed to help brigades identify, develop and support future leaders, ensuring a strong and sustainable future for volunteer brigades across the region.
