CFA's Digital Store has been live for a month, with more than 1,300 items distributed from the State Logistics Centre from Digital Store orders. Included below are important updates to the ordering process for personal protective clothing structural ensemble (PPCSE).

Receiving your order

PPCSE orders for initial sets, will continue being sent to district for distribution. Replacements or additional sets will be sent to brigades as per current PPCSE processes.

Volunteer self-funded orders will be shipped to the district for distribution by the BASO at the next scheduled brigade visit or alternatively you can collect your order from the District Office. If more than one week has elapsed since you have placed and paid for your order, please reach out to your district office.

Paper PPCSE order forms

As of Friday 5 September 2025, the paper-based PPCSE form will no longer be accepted. All PPCSE orders will be requested through Digital Store.

This is applicable to all set types.

Key resources

A series of Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and learning materials are available on how to create an order in the Digital Store.

Further work is underway to continuously improve and expand the Digital Store functionality and useability, and we look forward to updating members on these changes in the coming months.
