What do you value most about working with your team members?
I value the support we have for each other and the willingness everyone shows to learn and grow. In my short time at CFA, I have already felt welcomed and supported. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that works towards a shared goal, communicates openly and celebrates each other’s successes.
Share the most interesting or rewarding project you have been involved in whilst working at CFA
I think the most rewarding project will be the ongoing implementation of the new Standards and embedding a strong culture of quality across Training. Working collaboratively to review processes, strengthen quality and compliance, and continuously improve outcomes for our members.

The morning coffee run – and having a laugh with the team.
Tell us about a hobby, interest or achievement you have that might surprise your colleagues
I’m an avid Collingwood supporter – the type whose whole personality changes the second I walk into the MCG.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
A big bucket list item is Africa – I’ve always wanted to do a true jungle safari. I love animals and think it would be an incredible experience.
What is your favourite way to unwind after a long day at work?
Pilates or an easy dinner with lots of cuddles from my spoodle Brax.
