Reminder: Access the LMS User Guides to support with processes

We would like to remind everyone about the importance of using the available user guides for navigating the processes within our Learning Management System (LMS).

Several guides have been developed and share in recent months. These guides are designed to ensure that we are meeting our compliance requirements and provide you with step-by-step instructions for a wide range of tasks.

All guides are currently contained within the SharePoint site CFA Training Materials. Permission is required to access these SharePoint files.

Remember, before logging a job or sending an email for assistance, please make sure to refer to the user guides first. They are a valuable resource to help you resolve most queries and issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Assessor Login and Navigation to Courses and Participants’ Assessments (video available)
  • Attendance Tracking (video available)
  • Marking Assessments Written Assessment (video available)
  • Marking On the Job Assessment – Submission (video available)
