Privacy Awareness Week is coming - get ready to level up your privacy skills
We want to hear from you this Privacy Awareness Week.
Privacy Awareness Week (PAW) is just around the corner (4-9 May) and this year will be exploring the theme Smart Tech, Smarter Choices: Protecting Your Privacy in the Age of AI.
PAW is led by the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner (OVIC), which will be hosting a range of events, webinars, and learning opportunities throughout the week. These sessions are open to all Victorian public sector staff and provide practical insights into privacy best practice.
We encourage you to explore OVIC’s PAW program and register for any sessions that interest you. You can find more details about the events and how to register
here.
Key Achievements
Over the past year, we have been busy uplifting CFA's privacy maturity and processes. Key improvements include:
- Collection Notice Generator.
- PIA Process workflow map.
- privacy FAQs.
You can access all our privacy resources on Members Online: Privacy and CFA | CFA Members Online.
Privacy is everyone’s responsibility, and your engagement helps us continue to build a strong, privacy‑aware culture. We look forward to your participation in PAW and appreciate your feedback through the survey.
