New platform, new benefits for engagement

An ability to create simple, standalone surveys without building specific project pages is one of the new benefits to CFA’s upgraded engagement platforms Your Say CFA and Engage CFA.

This feature eliminates the need for other external tools, such as SurveyMonkey, to engage members and the community.

CFA has transferred the Your Say CFA and Engage CFA sites to the new District Engage platform, which provides a different back end for the organisation. From a user perspective though, the sites remain branded CFA and still have many of the existing features available.

You can still create detailed projects with timelines and consultation phases, and continue to provide updates to participants as before.

The platform has tools for tracking and analysing engagement, which allows you to monitor survey results and evaluate project outcomes in real time.

Training resources are available to help project managers and administrators best use the platform, with resources covering everything from managing projects and downloading survey results to using the analytics tools effectively.

Overall, this new platform centralises all online engagements, making the process more efficient and effective for everyone involved.

What is Your Say CFA and Engage CFA?

Your Say CFA and Engage CFA are centralised, two-way online engagement platforms designed specifically for all CFA members. These platforms offer a variety of digital tools to help us collect feedback, generate meaningful discussions, and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Your Say CFA: This platform is focused on internal engagement, allowing CFA members to discuss, share feedback, and influence decision-making on various projects and initiatives within the organisation.
  • Engage CFA: Designed for external engagement, this platform facilitates interaction with community members and key stakeholders, providing a space to gather public feedback and foster transparent communication.

All CFA members are encouraged to use the Your Say CFA and Engage CFA sites for their engagement needs.

Whether you’re looking to gather feedback from fellow CFA members through Your Say CFA or engage with external stakeholders using Engage CFA, there are tools and resources available to support your efforts and help you achieve the best engagement outcomes.
