New one-stop-shop for Learning Hub updates

A new page on Members Online is designed to assist members to understand what has changed on the Learning Hub.

 

CFA's Training and ICT teams continue to work on making changes to improve the functionality and user experience of the Learning Hub and are working together with the vendor to resolve the issues that have presented since the platform update. 

"We appreciate that it may be hard to keep across all the changes and updates," DCO Operational Doctrine and Training Rohan Luke said. 

"While we will continue to keep members updated through email and Member News, we have also developed a new page on Members Online to assist members to understand what has changed, who it impacts and what you need to do."

This page captures all the changes to the Learning Hub as well as updates that have been issued. Content is broken down by role including members, Brigade Training Teams, Instructors, and Administrators. 

"We continue to work with our regional Learning and Development teams to provide support and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges," Rohan said.

"Your feedback is invaluable, and we encourage you to continue reporting any issues you encounter. While it is taking longer than intended, our goal is to create a seamless and effective learning environment for everyone."
