New ICT Service Portal – Attend an information session
From 6 November, a new portal will be introduced to raise ICT Service tickets, replacing the current Cherwell system.
This is an exciting change. The new platform:
- offers a modern, user-friendly interface accessible without needing to connect to the CFA network
- is designed to improve efficiency and reduce ticket resolution times
- enables real-time ticket tracking for greater efficiency and transparency.
Please note that other ICT Service Desk and Comms Service Desk Support channels - email, phone and walk-ins - will remain available.
To help you get familiar with the new portal, registration-based information sessions will be held a couple of weeks before go-live.
Sessions have been scheduled after hours and on weekends to allow volunteers the opportunity to attend.
All these sessions will be recorded and made available on Members Online.
Meetings with regional teams are occurring as part of existing meeting schedules where possible, however if you'd like to attend one of the below sessions you are welcome to register.
All the sessions will be covering the same information. You only need to attend one of the sessions. Please register for the session date and time that works best for you.
