New ICT Service Desk Portal
CFA has launched a new ICT online web portal where members can submit and monitor their IT issues and service requests.
The design enables members to immediately log any issue or service request directly to the ICT Service desk and track its progress.
When submitting an issue or service request to the new portal, you will be asked to provide a brief description of the matter, the site that this request relates to, and a detailed description of the issue or details about your request.
If you’re logging an issue or request on behalf of someone, you can select `Submit on behalf of’.
On the portal you can see any open requests you have as well as see the assets that have been assigned to you.
Also, ICT will use the portal to place announcements of current outages and planned outages, as well as other important information that the ICT services team would like you to know about.
Importantly, to access the ICT Service Desk Portal, members need to use a CFA-issued device and be connected to the CFA internal network.
All previous options to contact the ICT Service Desk are still available.
