Flourishing Families workshops in East Gippsland
Build your wellbeing knowledge and connect with other emergency services families at these free workshops in Swifts Creek, Orbost and Buchan.
Join the families of East Gippsland emergency services workers and contractors for a free and fun day of connection.
At these Flourishing Families workshops, participants will learn how to support family wellbeing and deal with the stress of living in a disaster-affected community as the family of emergency services workers.
Over four hours, participants will make connections with other families, explore wellbeing and gain knowledge about how to provide support and seek help when needed.
Workshops will be held from 10am to 2pm with lunch included. There are two streams - a workshop for adults (and teenagers) and an activity program for primary age children. All facilitators hold valid Working With Children Checks.
