Board impressed with redesigned Burwood office

 

At the conclusion of the October Board Meeting, members of the CFA Board met with members of Infrastructure Services for a guided tour of CFA’s refurbished offices at Burwood. 

 

The tour incorporated both buildings, which included a look at the newly completed work on Level 2 of Building 8.

Their impressions were that the refurbished spaces were fantastic, with a great amount of natural light, the wooden dividers, the opportunities for collaboration through breakout spaces balanced against quiet rooms, the new meeting rooms and the improvements to the overall feel of the working spaces.

The tour ended with Board members joining staff in the refurbished kitchen for a sandwich and a chat.  

For Board members it was wonderful to see CFA members working in the new offices, enjoying the new surrounds and embracing the opportunities the refurbished space provides.
