Many finance forms now in digital format
As a part of the Stabilisation Project, CFA has now automated several forms frequently used by CFA members.
The CFA Finance and Procurement team is progressively converting many of our existing Excel forms into digital SnapForms, making it easier and more efficient to submit requests to the team.
The following forms are now available in digital format:
Finance systems forms:
- SAP S/4HANA Master Data Requests (one form covering suppliers, customers, brigades and volunteers).
Financial operations forms:
- Payment requests
- Petty cash requests (reconciliations, float increases and new float requests)
- CabCharge voucher requests
- International money transfer requests
- Procurement Management Account (PMA) requests.
The new digital forms provide an automated approval workflow that eliminates the need to email completed spreadsheets for approval. They also generate automated email notifications, allowing you to easily track the progress of your request without the need for manual follow-up.
The workflows are designed to ensure requests are automatically routed to the appropriate recipient(s) for review, endorsement and approval, in line with CFA's delegation and governance requirements where applicable.
When the required approvals are completed, the request is automatically forwarded to the Financial Operations team for processing, ensuring a streamlined, transparent and auditable end-to-end process.
All finance forms, including both the new digital SnapForms and those that remain in Excel format, are available on Members Online. We encourage you to use the digital forms.
While we have tested the forms thoroughly, we understand that there may be opportunities for further refinement. We welcome your feedback as we continue to improve and enhance the user experience.
