CFA has introduced a range of improvements to the Activity Reporting Tool (ART), making it easier to manage community engagement activities and support the delivery of Get Fire Ready.

Developed in response to feedback from CFA members, the enhancements focus on streamlining common tasks, improving navigation and reducing time spent on reporting.

Key enhancements include:

  • New Get Fire Ready reason
A dedicated option to identify activities linked to the Get Fire Ready initiative.
  • Simplified activity details
A more streamlined layout, making important information easier to find and update.
  • Improved reporting on engagement and attendance
Clearer questions and more prominent fields make it easier to report on direct engagement and estimate overall attendance at public events
  • Easier access to your activities
Improved My Activities, My Brigade and My Group views on the ART home page help users quickly find relevant activities.
  • Improved location management
Location information is now managed in one place, making updates more straightforward.
  • Enhanced member search
Search results now prioritise members from your brigade or group, making it easier to find and add the right people
  • Bulk add functionality
Multiple brigade members can now be added to an activity in a single step, reducing data entry for larger events.

Log in to ART and make the most of the new features!

Why use ART?

Recording your activity helps CFA build a clearer picture of how we contribute to fire prevention and preparedness across Victoria, including via Get Fire Ready. It ensures volunteer efforts are recognised and resourced, while supporting planning and reporting across CFA.
